LETS TALK ABOUT
TAROT
What is Tarot?
First appearing in the mid 15th century as a card game for royals, Tarot was not used for divination until the late 18th century
The traditional tarot deck contains 78 cards: 56 suit cards (like a regular deck, but with an extra court card per suit) and 22 Major Arcana, or trump cards, each rich with archetypal imagery and symbolism
These 78 cards are said to hold every story that exists—each card reflecting a facet of the human experience, from joy and heartbreak to transformation and renewal.
Will the cards predict my future?
I believe tarot is not about predicting a fixed or predetermined future. Every practitioner sees the cards a little differently, and I approach tarot as a conversation with the universe—a way to tap into the energy around your situation and receive messages that are relevant for you right now. The cards can offer insight into patterns, possibilities, and the direction things may be heading if you continue on your current path, but they do not dictate what will happen.
What can I expect from a Tarot Card Reading?
Tarot is a practice as varied as the people who seek it. Every reader brings their own approach, and every client brings their own beliefs and questions.
For me, Tarot is a way to invite insight and clarity from beyond our everyday awareness. Sometimes the cards offer gentle encouragement; other times, they deliver firm truths, drawing our attention to what we might be avoiding.
I approach each reading with curiosity and humility, never claiming to know exactly what guides or the afterlife look like. The mysteries are vast, and I am a lifelong student—open to learning, questioning, and honoring whatever feels true for you.
Our session is a collaborative conversation. We start with your questions or intentions, then let the cards speak. My role is to hold space with empathy and honesty, helping you connect with your own wisdom, wherever you are on your journey.
